HISTORY
Silvinhas Company of soles for the footwear industry, founded in 1981 by José Bastos da Silva, in Cesar, municipality of Oliveira de Azemeis.
With their arrival the Portuguese market, after a journey in the footwear industry in which, thanks to his passion and strategic vision, the founder led the company to meet the challenges and demands of the market's height. Thus was born a company so "familiar" with the capacity to manufacture of soles for shoes.
In 1987 / 8, the Company makes an investment in machinery bicolor most advanced in terms of technology, capacity, productivity and quality, in order to cope with the demands of its customers, also opting to purchase cutting edge equipment in the finishing product.
In 1990, Silvinhas build from scratch an industrial building with covered area of 4000 m2 that allowed optimizing the manufacturing process, but also an investment in new machines to meet the demand in production capacity at the time.
So were the conditions in conjunction with the office area, laboratory, sample rooms, offices, and other social areas, able to face a decade-long production of footwear.
With the reach of the new millennium, it is an investment in the production of PUR, thus constituting the largest investment in machinery so far by the Company, enabling the production of soles with high quality, different densities and hardness, all in accordance with the needs of our customers.
The Company therefore has a high production capacity, emphasizing the production of soles TR (compact / extended), TPU and PU, in addition to conventional PVC soles.
Silvinhas is a company with 30 years of proven experience in the manufacture of soles for footwear, is today a modern and dynamic company capable of meeting the challenges and demands of the market. The company owns the Portuguese brand "Silvinhas".
